Ok Broxi I figured out what is wrong with peoples banners not working,
When you have pasted the banner code into your post/signature etc
Before you submit or preview it remove/delete all the " quotation marks you see. each banner usually has 2 of them. at the beginning and after your name.
Try it it should sort things out lol.
